Here are some pictures of the new baling machines installed over the last few months. 1) Bollegraaf HBC120S with cross tie system. This machine really changes the game for Ecogen. With faster throughput and heavier one tonne bales cutting down processing and container loading times to achieve greater efficiencies. 2) Presona LP80 with new conveyor.
This was the first ‘running’ baler Ecogen brought 8 years ago. This Presona LP50 literally saved our company in the early days! Thank you for supplying a great little baler Middleton Enginering. She is off for a new life now, and is being replaced with a Presona LP80 on Monday from Presona UK.

Presona UK have been hard at work constructing our brand new PUK conveyor system for our LP65 Presona baler. This machine uses new ‘bolt together’ technology easing the stress on maintenance and parts replacement and lenghtening its lifespan.

Check out the progress we are making at our new seven acre Kings Worthy Business Park project. – Opening the centre wall of the main MRF. – Cutting new doorways into the side of the MRF. – Work beginning on new perimeter fencing. – Lighting and flooring completion in the staff welfare building.
It has been 18 months in planning and acquisition but now work has begun at our new Kings Worthy Business Park site. These pictures show: – Starting renovation on staff welfare facilities. – Starting renovation on the main warehouse. – Installation of a new 1 mega watt substation.
