A few photos of our new Presona LP65 baler on its way back from shot blasting and priming and soon to have a new lick of paint. The team at Presona UK plan to have this machine up and running at Ecogen’s Winchester based recycling site by the end of March.
Our Presona LP50 baler is off for it’s new life as our dedicated paper baler. It will be linked up to our Axo shredder in it’s own dedicated document shredding plant.
Our new cardboard and plastic baler being installed today. This Presona LP65 VH2 takes our total cardboard and plastic recycling capacity from 8 tonnes per hour to 22 tonnes per hour. The faster we can process, the more customers we can service and the better rates we can pay for commercial waste commodities.
This is the new bale ejection shelter being re-cladded ahead of the machinery installation. From June 2017 our new document shredding plant will enable us to shred 35 tonnes of documents per day 5 days a week.
